Hartwell Primary School extends a very warm welcome to all parents of children who are new to Hartwell Primary School.

Years 1 - 6 Enrolment Process

The following documentation is required to enrol your child:

• Enrolment Form - please download here
• Child's Birth Certificate
• Immunisation History Statement (can be obtained through your MyGov account or Australian Immunisation Registry)
• If your child was born overseas you will need to show your child’s Australian Passport, current Visa or Australian Citizenship documentation
